Report a new issue
- Step 1: Access our official Support Center at https://my.magestore.com/
- Step 2: Log in with your account and password.
- Step 3: Click Request Support to create a new Ticket
Make comments and review Ticket stages
- Step 1: Click Home > Tickets
- Step 2: You will be redirected to the ticket listing pages, where you can review stages of all your current tickets
- Step 3: Click to the ticket you want to check, for example, this one is in In Progress stage. Then you will be redirected to the ticket detail page, where you can check our new response and add further comments to the ticket.
Advanced: Tickets with Related Issues
When your ticket contains more than one question/ issue, our supporter will separate them into individual issues, which is called Related Issues for effective handling. Scroll down the ticket to see All related issues of your ticket.
You can check each issue stage, click to them to see details and make comments in the same way with a ticket.
